Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the 0ktk website or mobile application, you confirm that you have read and fully understood these Terms. Your continued use of the platform constitutes unconditional acceptance. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the platform.

These Terms are a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and 0ktk. Any dispute arising from use of the platform will be resolved in accordance with these Terms and applicable law. 0ktk reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, and changes take effect upon publication on this page.

Eligibility Requirements

To open an account and use the 0ktk platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Players under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or wagering.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by local law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, affiliate, or family member of an employee of 0ktk.
• You are registering your own personal account and are not acting on behalf of another individual.

0ktk reserves the right to request verification documents at any time. Accounts found to be non-compliant with eligibility rules will be suspended immediately without prior notice, and any balance may be forfeited pending investigation.

Account Registration & Security

Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on 0ktk at any time. Duplicate or multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any funds therein.

When creating your account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to:

• Keep your password secure and not share it with any third party under any circumstances.
• Notify 0ktk support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Ensure all personal information on your account remains current and accurate at all times.

0ktk will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. Two-factor verification may be required at 0ktk's discretion.

Deposits & Withdrawals

0ktk supports fast and convenient payment methods popular across Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the platform:

• Minimum deposit is ৳500. Maximum single deposit limits may apply and are subject to change.
• Withdrawals are processed within 24-72 hours subject to KYC verification and anti-fraud checks.
• Funds must be deposited and withdrawn using the same payment method and account owner name.
• 0ktk does not accept cash-in-transit or third-party deposits. All payment accounts must belong to the registered user.

0ktk reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal if fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse is suspected. In such cases, the relevant balance may be held pending investigation, which may take up to 30 business days. Users will be notified via their registered contact details.

Bonuses & Promotions

0ktk offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following terms and conditions:

• All bonus funds carry a wagering requirement of at least 20x the bonus amount before withdrawal is permitted.
• Bonuses are valid for a limited time only. Unused or unmet wagering requirements within the validity period will result in automatic forfeiture.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash (unless wagering requirements are met), or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• 0ktk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Abuse of promotions will result in account suspension.

To claim any promotion, users must have a verified account in good standing. Bonus terms specific to individual promotions will be displayed at the time of the offer and supersede these general terms where there is a conflict.

Responsible Gaming

Prohibited Conduct

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on the 0ktk platform. Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software bugs, or use unauthorized bots or automated software.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated play intended to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Using fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorized payment credentials to fund your account.
• Opening accounts on behalf of minors, or knowingly allowing a minor to access or use your account.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring of funds, or any other financial activity that violates applicable laws.

Intellectual Property

All content available on the 0ktk platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, game interfaces, software, and data compilations, is the exclusive intellectual property of 0ktk or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, translate, publish, or create derivative works from any part of the 0ktk platform without prior written authorization from 0ktk.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 0ktk, its directors, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from: (a) your access to or use of the platform; (b) any interruption, suspension, or termination of service; (c) any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data; or (d) any errors, bugs, or inaccuracies in the platform content or game outcomes.

0ktk operates on a best-effort basis to ensure service availability. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary downtime. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate planned outages in advance. The platform is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without any warranty of uninterrupted service.

Privacy & Data Protection

0ktk collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting user data using SSL encryption and industry-standard security protocols. We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Amendments to These Terms

0ktk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the 'Last updated' date at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the 0ktk platform after any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, it will be severed from these Terms without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the 0ktk platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days of written notice of the dispute, the matter may be escalated through appropriate legal channels. 0ktk is committed to fair and transparent resolution of all user concerns.
